The first track is an improvisation for no-input mixing board with no external processing. Subsequent tracks are modifications to the source material. Tracks 2 through 4 involve distortion with varying degrees of signal degradation and track 5 adds delay + granular processing to that.

The idea of "variations on the theme" presented here has definitely informed my more current work.

The first track is also the source material for the later release titled "Element1," released 1 year later.
